# 用户标签

从本质定义上来看**用户标签**是指，关联到用户实体上，标明用户客观属性、目标、行为和观点等的数字标识。每个标签代表着观察用户的一个角度，我们可以通过某个标签去理解用户的归属，也可以通过多个标签的维度从综合的角度去了解用户。也可以说，**用户标签是我们了解用户的角度**，通过不同的用户标签，构建起我们对于用户全面的了解，这也就形成了用户画像。

用户标签功能将从用户行为、业务的角度，将用户在数字触点发生的行为、产生的业务数据进行加工，生成对业务有用、观察用户的标签，基于企业对于业务的实际运营场景将用户标签进行归类管理，则形成企业的标签体系。相对于传统意义的用户标签，我们更侧重于用户动态的行为，标签的加工随着用户行为的变化适时更新，帮助客户捕捉用户每个阶段的动态特征与需求。

## 数据源

用户标签加工使用的数据源为用户行为数据、用户属性数据以及用户在其他业务系统中可转换为user-event模型的数据。具体数据接入请参考[数据接入指南](https://app.gitbook.com/@analysys/s/ark/integration/prepare/@drafts)

## 主要功能

用户标签为企业提供从0到1搭建标签体系及维护管理的功能，支持多级标签体系结构，构建企业标签体系；提供四种自定义加工方式进行可视化的标签的加工；提供维护标签生命周期的管理功能。
